The Problem:
An energy company needed a comprehensive current understanding of the local market  compensation for staff and executive within their peer group.  

The Work:
This project involved:

  • Carrying out a survey of base pay, variable pay and benefits for Executive and Staff

  • Researching the local market conditions that affect compensation

  • Analysis of the information gathered

  • Preparation of compensation recommendations for
    Executive and Staff

The Result:
The Executive Team had the information needed to ensure staff are being compensated appropriately and, the owners of the organization are able to ensure the Executive Team compensation competitive within their industry.
